The Supporting People Programme aims to help vulnerable people improve their quality of life by providing a stable environment, which enables them to live more independently, and to reduce their risk of homelessness.
In Birmingham, Swanswell delivers part of the floating support for offenders, single people and people requiring support with mental health issues. We also support people living with HIV and TB, who are either resident in Birmingham, or receiving their medical treatment in Birmingham, as well as those concerned about HIV/TB exposure requiring advice, information and support with testing.
Please contact us on 0121 633 1750 or firstname.lastname@example.org to refer into these services. We also have a referral form we can send you, so please get in touch.
