New recruits help support Swanswell’s expansion

As Swanswell continues with plans to offer more services across the country, the national charity has welcomed three new members of staff to its Head Office team.
Joining Swanswell – a national charity which wants to achieve a society free from problem alcohol and drug use – as Business Development Manager is Del Forsdyke. Del’s newly created role involves contributing to business development, looking for new markets and service opportunities.
She has over 20 years’ experience working for an international charity in a number of roles, including web development, publishing and project management.
Adam Redmond joins the team as Business Development Coordinator. Adam is part of the bid writing team which focuses on bringing new work to the organisation. His background includes working in IT Project Implementation, Marketing and Retail Management. He also studied Business Administration, Public Policy and Management at Aston Business School.
Stuart Goodwin takes up the new Public Relations Executive position and is responsible for promoting Swanswell’s new services and developments. Stuart has a number of years experience as a press officer with a local authority and as a Broadcast Journalist with numerous local radio stations. He also completed a degree in Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire.
Speaking of the appointments, Debbie Bannigan, Swanswell Chief Executive, said: ‘I’m delighted to welcome the new recruits to our fantastic team at Swanswell and their skills will complement those we already have.
