Director of Clinical Governance
Our existing Director of Clinical Governance is leaving to work overseas, and we are seeking to replace her with someone who will embed and develop the work we’ve already undertaken so that we can achieve and demonstrate outstanding, evidence based practice which changes people’s lives for the better. The Director of Clinical Governance will manage a team of three care quality Senior Practitioners who deliver in our internal audit function.

The post holder will report to the Director of Operations and be a member of Swanswell’s Executive team. The Director of Operations is responsible for all operational activity in Swanswell. Currently this involves managing the Assistant Directors of Operations, 18 operations managers and a team of peripatetic workers to deliver Swanswell’s substance misuse services in the Midlands and South Yorkshire.

General Administrator (Rugby)
The General Administrator is responsible for providing effective admin support to teams and colleagues across Swanswell, so the organisation can work well and do well.

As part of an integrated admin team, you’ll need to be a team player as well as being able to work using your own initiative. You’ll need excellent communication skills as you’ll be providing a welcoming and informative front of house and telephone service to all of our customers. The role will also involve supporting and coaching colleagues across our services with IT and administration queries.

We need someone who’s organised and efficient to ensure the day-to-day workload is managed effectively. You’ll also need to be flexible and creative, with the ability to transfer your skills from one area of expertise to another.
