We provide a range of formal and informal development.
There’s an ongoing programme of training available for team members including:
- Basic and advanced drug awareness
- Solutions focused therapy
- Supporting service users with mental health needs
- Substance misuse health and harm reduction
- Lone working safely
We provide opportunities for team members to undertake qualifications and accredited training including the level 3 diploma in health and social care, and Institute of Leadership and Management level 3.
Of course development isn’t just about training, team members also undertake e-learning, project work, clinical supervision, shadowing, sabbaticals and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.
