Are you a young person experiencing problems with drugs or alcohol?
get informationThere are lots of reasons why you might try drugs or alcohol. Perhaps you’re having difficulties at home, at school or at college? Perhaps you’re using drugs or alcohol with friends or perhaps you’re just curious?

Whatever the reasons, you might find it helpful to talk to someone about how drugs or alcohol are affecting your life, and the risks involved.

Our workers can give you friendly, confidential advice, help and support so that you can be safer, healthier and happier.

Fill in our screening tool to find out the harm your drug or alcohol use is causing and what support you may find useful.

Or you can get in touch if you’re worried about a friend, family member or someone you know who may need some support with drugs or alcohol.

Fill in our referral form to refer a young person to our service.
