Welcome to Swanswell

You probably know someone affected by alcohol or drugs. Most people do. It doesn’t have to be this way. Britain is far too accepting of the problems associated with alcohol or drug misuse.

Swanswell is a national charity that helps people change and be happy. We believe in a society free from problem alcohol and drug use.

Swanswell is a leading provider of community-based services. In the last year:

  • 7,215 received treatment at Swanswell

  • 69% of our service users said their happiness improved with Swanswell

  • Our Reducing Drug-Related Offending Programme received national recognition at the Howard League for Penal Reform’s Community Programme Awards

On the 22 April 2012, Ian, a Swanswell Senior Practitioner, is running in the Virgin London Marathon 2012 to raise money for Swanswell to help more people change and be happy. If you’d like to support Ian and his incredible challenge, please click here to donate.
